French Angelfish are striking saltwater fish with vibrant coloration. They have a dark blue to black body with yellow or orange stripes and a bright yellow tail. French Angelfish are omnivorous and feed on various small invertebrates, sponges, and algae.

These fish are incompatible with reef environments as they tend to nip at the delicate polyp corals, sessile invertebrates, and clam mantles. Therefore, it is essential to provide them with a balanced diet consisting of various foods such as spirulina, marine algae, high-quality angelfish food, mysis shrimp, and brine shrimp, feeding them three times a day.
