Our site offers threetypes of accounts at checkout; A Guest account, a registered account, and a wholesale account.
We suggest creating an account on our site to better keep track on orders, wishlist items and upcoming sales.
Our policy stands for replacements or store credit only in case of DOA (See Policy).
All sales are final and We DO NOT accept refunds, cancelations or exchanges after orders have been processed and in transit.
- Orders cannot be canceled once a tracking information has been issued and or processed
- We can only edit information and re invoice for add-ons items.
- All Order Cancellations are subject to a 10% processing fee – NO EXCEPTIONS.
Tracking information is sent by email 24 hours prior the scheduled arrival date. We will try our best to process orders and deliver by the selected delivery date if/when weather permits.
In case you decide to cancel your order for any reason, there will be a $20.00 cancellation fee that will be deducted from your refunded amount to pay credit card processing fees.

We accept credit cards at checkout. All credit card information is not shared or stored in our system. Our payment processors are 100% secured.
Yes, all transactions are protected and encrypted through our payment merchant processor.

Please allow 3-4 business days for the collection of your invertebrate species.

At the time due to weather conditions, sometimes weather may delay shipments up to 15 business days.
All orders ship with UPS Next Dair Air.
Our minimum order is $149. Shipping is $44.99
We offer free shipping on orders over $399.
At checkout, you can select a delivery date. Select a date and get ready for the arrival of your order. Tracking information is sent by email 24 hours prior the scheduled arrival date. We will try our best to process orders and deliver by the selected delivery date if/when weather permits.
